Participants will be integrated into the research groups of individual faculty mentors based on a project of interest. Mentors will help participants immerse into the multicultural environment, share common goals and objectives, communicate about each-other’s work, collaborate when appropriate, and contribute to each other's growth as emerging engineers and scientists.
